Test Result

Laboratory results are considered important medical information. At Zenith Integrative Medical Centre, we do not not give laboratory result to our patients over the phone-UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY, WHEN THE DOCTOR WILL HAVE TO CALL YOU DIRECTLY.

All patients are responsible for obtaining the results of any investigations performed. If you do not hear from the clinic regarding your results please do not assume they are normal. The nurse may advise you that your doctor has requested you to attend for a follow up to discuss your results.

X-rays, Ultrasounds, CT and MRI scans all require a follow-up appointment with the doctor to receive these results and will not be discussed with you over the phone. Please book a follow up appointment once you have your done your test.

Having a normal result does not mean your concerns have been addressed. Unless you follow the results up in some cases, we may assume that your concern is addressed, it is a partnership association to ensure we are able to deliver on our promise.

Zenith Integrative Medical Centre absolves itself from any consequences that may arise from any laboratory results given to you by the reception staff because they are not authorised neither are they qualified doctors to disclose or discuss results with you over the phone.

We are doing every thing possible to deliver quality to you and we belief you will want a qualified person to discuss such important issues as your laboratory results with you.
